Frances: Onesomething else that Microsoft has done this year is that for every group of Microsoft, diversity and inclusion goals are now part of the chief executive dashboard (the main KPIs on which they are tracked and for which they receive compensation). Let's say they hit all of their revenue goals but didn't hit their diversity and inclusion goals, that wouldn't be considered an A+ scorecard or an all-green scorecard. Promoting diversity and inclusion and clear examples and demonstrations of it within these Photo Background Removing groups is now tied to their pay, tied to their bonuses.
